Welcome to American Flatbread in Waitsfield! 

We're excited to share that we are now open for traditional table service on a first-come, first-served basis, in addition to our take-out option. Our hours are Thursday through Sunday from 4 to 9 p.m.  Take out orders can be placed on the day of online or by calling the restaurant directly after 3pm. 

We invite you to come by, enjoy the warmth of our campfire, and indulge in some of your favorite beers and wines.
